Additionally, there is 70 feet of dockage for boats with two boat lifts. You will have direct access to Florida Bay and easy access to the Atlantic Ocean through Tavernier Creek, which has approximately 15' of clearance and provdes quick access to some of the best fishing and boating around. If you need more clearance Snake Creek is just 10 minutes away with ocean access.
